 5 oz smoked tuna packed in oil, drained
 2 tbsp red, yellow, orange bell peppers, diced small
 2 tbsp green onions, sliced small
 2 tbsp dill relish
 ½ fresh jalapeno, diced fine
 23 tbsp Duke's Mayonnaisestart with 2, when everything is combined, add to desired consistency
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper, coarse grind

Combine ingredients with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. Add small amounts more of mayonnaise to desired consistency. Chill well before serving
