 2 tbsp chili paste (Sambal Oelek)
 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
 2 tbsp H-E-B Organics Grape Jelly
 1 tbsp mirin
 2 tsp kekap manis

Whisk everything together well, let stand 20 minutes, rewhisk. Ready to use as dipping sauce or baste. Seal and refrigerate for 1 month if not using immediately.
