Place cocktail cube in chilled rocks glass.
Fill shaker with ice, add Bonfire, Cointreau, complex syrup, Iola syrup, and Peychauds. Stir until well combined and chilled.
Pour over cocktail cube, top with splash ginger ale. Garnish with Iola Cherry and blood orange slice.
