Zesty Greek Dressing Mix and Dressing

For the Dry Mix
 2 tbsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp salt
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp dried parsley
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp dried basil
 1 tsp dried Aleppo pepper flakes
 1 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
 ¼ tsp dried thyme
 ¼ tsp celery salt
For the Dressing
 2 tbsp cane vinegar
 2 tbsp Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar
 2 tbsp water
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp Kinloch Pecan Oil
Prepare Dry Mix

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, greek seasoning, thyme, basil, Aleppo pepper flakes, parsley, celery
salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.

Prepare Dressing

To prepare dressing, whisk together 2 tablespoons cane vinegar, 2 tablespoons Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons of the dry mix. Whisk like your recipe depended on it. Now slowly drizzle in, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons pecan oil until well combined. Let stand 10 minutes and re-whisk before dressing.
