Bar Nothing Ranch Grilled Polenta

"grilling would not be complete without this Bar Nothing Ranch favorite that goes with just about any meat!"

 1 cup Dell'alpe Instant Polenta
 3 cups Good Water
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 2 ½ tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, Or your own Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
 To coat dish, clean grill olive oilI've been known to use a garlic infused olive oil to coat the dish with.

In a sauce pan bring water to a boil. Add polenta, salt, ranch mix to water and stir, mixing well.

Add butter and stir with wooden spoon.

Keep stirring 5 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat.

Coat a 2 qt. Pyrex casserole dish with olive oil, pour finished polenta into dish, leveling. Should be about 1/2" thick.

Let stand for 10 minutes then move to freezer to cool completely, about 15 minutes, or wrap well and place in fridge overnight.

Slice polenta into 8 squares.

Over medium high heat on your grill, wipe down grill with olive oil well.

Grill polenta 5 minutes each side or until desired crispness.
