¼ cup daui cane vinegar
1 cup lemon juicefresh squeezed
10 drops Sprouts Liquid Steviaor sugar to taste
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp coriander
1 tbsp Maille dijon mustard
¼ cup Portuguese olive oil

Blend or whisk vinegar through mustard well.

Slowly whisk in olive oil.

Let stand 10 minutes. Whisk again. Serve.
