"Sam's Seafood Grill's Tennessee Moonshine Shrimp"

 16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and de-veined to tail
 2 tsp Montreal Seasoning
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp dried basil
 2 tsp red pepper flakes
 to taste black pepper
 to taste kosher salt
 1 medium lemon, juice from
 2 tbsp Tennesse white peach moonshine
 ¼ cup olive oil
 light dusting Sumac

In a none reactive bowl, place peeled, deveined, washed and dried jumbo shrimp.

Add seasonings to kosher salt, mix well and let stand 20 minutes.

Add lemon juice, moonshine and olive oil. Let stand 15 minutes.

Just before grilling, dust lightly with Sumac seasoning.

Grill over 450° grill a minute or so each side. Move to cool part of grill and let rest there until desired donesness.
