 3 ½ cups good water, boiling
 1 tsp Knorr Chicken Flavored Bouillon
 2 tsp kosher salt
 ½ cup heavy cream
 1 cup Quaker 5 Minute Grits
 ½ cup unsalted butter, divided
 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Season, Dip and Dressing, to taste
 4 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar, freshly gratedpackaged grated cheese will not turn out as smooth
 3 oz Havarti Cheese, freshly grated
 2 oz Aged White Cheddar, freshly grated

Bring water to a boil, add Bouillon, half & half and salt. Stir to mix well.

Once boiling again, add grits stirring until well mixed. Lower heat to simmer, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.

Add Ranch seasoning and butter. Combine well, scraping the sides.

Add cheese in batches, stirring to melt and combine. Once melted and to desired consistency, remove from heat and cover. IMPORTANT! Let stand 5 minutes.

Re-stir and serve.
