 3 ½ cups good water, boiling
 2 tsp kosher salt
 ½ cup heavy cream
 1 cup Five Minute Grits
 ½ cup unsalted butter
 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Season, Dip and Dressing, to taste
 ½ cup H-E-B Buttermilk Blue Cheese, grated fine, semi-packed
 2 tsp dried parsley

Bring water to a boil, add heavy cream and salt. Stir to mix.

Once boiling again, add grits stirring until well mixed. Lower heat to simmer, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.

Add Ranch seasoning, parsley and butter. Combine well, scraping the sides.

Add cheese in batches, stirring to melt and combine. (this dish should be full on cheese, just a hint) Once melted and to desired consistency, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes covered.

Re-stir and serve.
OR
Garnish with fresh chives when plated.
