 1 large Cow Horn Pepper, rinsed, seeded, and diced fineWASH HANDS WHEN FINISHED
 2 pepperoncini peppers, seeded and diced fine
 2 tsp parmesan cheese, grated fine
 2 tsp creme fraiche
 1 tsp Maille Dijon Mustard
 1 tsp Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar
 ½ tsp mesquite honey
 ¼ cup Duke's mayonnaise

Process everything in small processor bowl for 1 minute on high.

Let stand 1 hour, move to refrigerator. Chill 2-3 hours until well chilled
