"versatile chinese chili oil"
3 tbsp fresh coriander
2 tbsp steen's pure cane syrup
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp chili bean paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ cup red chili flakes
¼ cup peanut oil

Add all ingredients EXCEPT OIL to a stainless bowl.

Gently heat oil in small pot until just shimmering. About 2 minutes.

Carefully pour heated oil over ingredients in bowl.
