Spring Screams Chilled Boiled Gulf Shrimp

 10 qts cold water
 2 packages Zatarains Crawfish, Crab and Shrimp Boil
 2 medium Valley lemonswashed thoroughly
 3 lbs fresh jumbo Gulf Shrimp

With a large stock pot. Clean lemons well, juice lemons into water and toss in. Add seasonings and bring to a hard boil.

Add shrimp and stir to mix well.

Boil not more than 2 minutes. Shut off heat and cover for 2 to 3 minutes at most.

Remove shrimp to large platter and spread out to cool.

In a cooler with bottom covered in ice.
Cover top of ice with clear wrap, place shrimp on top, top with more clear wrap, then top with ice. Let chill 1 hour.

Serve with cocktail sauce and lemons.
