 2 seven steaks
 1 onion, chopped large
 4 cloves garlic, crushed wholesubstitute Better Than Bouillon Garlic
 kosher salt
 black pepper
 cayenne
 ¼ cup 2T white wine, 1T beef stock
 beef stockto cover
 corn startch slur
 mashed potatoes

In your Magnalite pot, brown seven steaks with scant of fat, SPG until well browned, pull and set aside.

Next saute onion with scant amount of oil until just caramelized then add garlic cloves, salt, pepper and cayenne. Let saute, add 1/4 cup of white wine and beef stock, scrap up fond well until liquid is gone.

Toss steaks and accumulated juices back in, cover in beef stock, bring to a boil, then back down to a simmer. Cover and simmer 90 minutes until tender. If gravy is thin, add small amount of corn starch slur to thicken.

Spoon on top of fresh butter mashed potatoes
