Combine everything in small bowl or container and use immersion blender to mix well.
Scoop out onto parchment paper and roll fairly tight. Twist ends.
Place in freezer 30 minutes before using.
Cut what you need, rewrap and place in fridge for next use.
To roast garlic, chop top of garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap loosely in foil and bake, grill off heat or smoke until tender and done. About 45-60 minutes @ 350°.
