1 pinch truffle salt
3 tbsp Banyul's Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Maille Dijon Mustard
To Taste, start with 1/4 teaspoon Sprout's Liquid Stevia Sweetner
2 ½ tbsp KINLOCH Pecan Oil

Whisk everything except Dijon and pecan oil.

Hard whisk in Dijon until thickened. Taste and adjust to desired taste with tiny amounts of stevia.

Drizzle and hard whisk in pecan oil until fully incorporated.

Let stand 20 minutes before using.
