A Great mid-week meal, with easy clean up.
3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinlesscut in half
2 large cans Kentucky Blue Wondere Green Beans
6 small red new potatoesquartered
1 package Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
OR
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and Mix
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
½ cup butter, melted1 stick
1 tbsp duck fatrendered and melted

In a 9x13 pan, cut 3 boneless chicken breast in half, add 2 cans of green beans on one side, and cut up red skinned potatoes
on the other side.

Sprinkle a packet of Ranch Dressing mix or Zesty Italian dressing mix on top.

Drizzle melted butter and duck fat all over it.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
