 8 oz chicken breast, shreddedused Counter Seasoned, steamed
 ½ cup mayonnaise1/3-1/2 cup desired consistency, used Duke's Mayonnaise
  cup cabbage, chopped
 ¼ cup cucumber, peeled, dicedused English cucumber
  cup Claussen Pickles, diced
 ¼ cup onion, diced
  cup red/orange/yellow bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup celery, diced

Combine chicken and 1/3 cup mayonnaise well.

Fold in remaining ingredients well.

Add test of mayonnaise to desired consistency. Salt pepper if desired.
