 2 parts Kosher salt
 2 parts fresh ground black pepper
 1 part coarse garlic powder

Bring to room temperature.

Simple SPG (salt, pepper, garlic powder). Let rest 15 minutes.

Sear 600° couple minutes each side, mind flair ups. Off direct heat to finish to 142°.
Pull and place on warmed plate and cover. Let rest 3-5 minutes.
