 2 lbs baby red potatoeshalved
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
 to taste kosher salt
 to taste black pepper
 2 pinches smoked paprikaor too taste

Arrange rack in lower part of oven and preheat to 450°.

Toss potatoes with oil, seasonings in a large bowl until coated well.

Brush foil lined backing sheet with lightly with olive, then arrange potatoes in an even layer, CUT SIDE down. Very light dusting of smoked paprika.

Roast potatoes, rotate pan halfway through, roast until crisp and golden brown on the bottom, 25 to 30 minutes.
