"one of the best dressing recipes you'll have"
⅔ cup Duke's mayonnaise, chilled
⅓ cup buttermilk
¼ cup creme fraiche
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp Banyul's vinegar
1 tsp Steen's Cane Vinegar
2 tbsp Maytag blue cheese, fine crumbles pulse a couple times in a small processor
2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
1 ½ tsp sugaror 2 tsp shaved palm sugar
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp kosher salt

Blend everything in small processor or blender until very smooth and combined.

Chill well and re-whisk before dressing.
