Dry Ingredients
 2 tbsp dried oregano
 1 tbsp kosher salt
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp dried parsley
 2 tsp chives sliced fine
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp dried basil
 1 tsp dried red bell pepper flakesslightly ground
 ½ tsp tarragon
 ¼ tsp dried thyme
 ¼ tsp celery salt
Wet Ingredients to Make Dressing Recipe
 ¼ cup Steen's Pure Cane Vinegar
 ¼ cup quality extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ cup pecan oil
 2 tbsp water
To Prepare Mix
For a Smoother Finish

In a small processor bowl, mix together all dry mix ingredients. Pulse 2 or 3 times then transfer to a tightly sealed container until ready to use.

For a Rustic Finish

In a small bowl, mix together dry mix ingredients. Transfer to a tightly sealed container until ready to use.

To Prepare Dressing

Whisk together cane vinegar, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix until well combined. Let stand 5 minutes, re-whisk.
Now "whisking like your recipe depended on it", slowly add the extra virgin olive oil and pecan oil until fully blended well.
