 1 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
 ¼ cup Texas Wildflower Honey
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ground exra fine
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper flakes

Heat water in small double boiler, placing top pan on early. Once warming, add Steen’s and let warm a couples minutes. Then add honey, stir gently. Let warm for 5 minutes.

Very gently whisk in cayenne pepper a little at a time. Let warm 5 minutes, gently whisking often.

Add cayenne flakes, gently whisking and pulling off sides of pan to mix.

Let warm for 10 minutes, gently whisking often.

Remove from heat for 5 minutes then pour into sanitized glass jar, cover loosely with towel and let cool 30 minutes. Secure lid tight and gently roll to distribute flakes. Set up side down in bowl until cooled. Move to fridge for an hour before turning right side up.

Remember to roll before each use.
