2 cups frozen blueberries
½ cup Stevia Brown
2 tbsp Prosecco
2 tbsp Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp St. Dalfour Blueberry Preserves
1 ¼ tsp kosher salt, divided
½ tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp Maille Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Pecan Oil

Starting a medium sauce pan over low medium heat, add blueberries. Let heat and begin breakup.

Once heated well, add Stevia, Prosecco, Balsamic Vinegar, preserves, salt and cayenne. Stir to combine, mashing some of the blueberries. Cover and low simmer 10-12 minutes until thickened into a syrup. Remove from heat and mash blueberries, mix well and transfer to a glass bowl to cool for 30 minutes.

STOPPING HERE YOU CAN USE AS BLUEBERRY MOSTRADA

Add Mostrada, Maille and Peanut Oil to processor bowl and process until smooth (adding scant amounts of water to thin if needed. Chill well before serving.
