"another classic salad dressing from Sam's Seafood Grill" as well as a wonderful marinade for grilled seafood, chicken and pork.

 ½ cup granulated sugar
 ½ cup Banyul's or white cane vinegar
 ½ cup Kinloch Pecan Oil
 ¼ cup ketchup
 1 tsp sweet paprika
 ¼ tsp smoked paprika
 2 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
  tsp oregano
  tsp dried parsley
 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
 3 drops grenadine syrup

Blend well. Let stand 20 minutes, blend again.

At this point, it's ready to use as a marinade on seafood, chicken or pork.

Chill 2-3 hours before using as a dressing.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container, and shake well before each use.
