 2 fl oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
 1 tbsp sugar
 ¼ cup Banyal's Vinegar
 1 tsp kosher salt
 2 tsp black pepper, coarse ground
 ¼ cup Atlas Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Whisk everything together except olive oil. Re-whisk until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Let stand 5 minutes.

Re-whisk vinegar well, while whisking slowly drizzle olive oil until well combined and slightly thickened.
