¾ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp Maille Dijon Mustard
2 cloves roasted garlic, mincedI like doing 1 roasted, one raw sometimes.
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh only
2 tbsp pecan oil
2 tbsp Boursin Cheese crumbles
to taste, sea salt
to taste, fresh ground black pepper
Two Prep Methods
1
Method One: Mix all except cheese, once mixed well, gently fold in cheese.
Seal and chill 3-4 hours before using. Best overnight.

Method Two: Place everything in a small bowl processor and process well until combined.
Seal and chill 3-4 hours before using. Best overnight.
