1cupDuke's Mayonnaise
1cupthick Creme Fraiche
½cupbuttermilk
1tspJane's Mixed Up Crazy Seasoning
1 ½tspgarlic powder
1 ½tsponion powder
1tspWorcestershire sauce
⅔tspColeman's Dry Mustard
¼tspsaltto taste
½tspMadagascar Black Peppercorns, ground fine
1dashcayenne pepper
3ozFeta Cheese, pulse processed into fine crumbles
6ozH-E-B Buttermilk Blue Cheese, crumbled wellsubstitute: Point Reyes Bleu Cheese
4ozpancetta, diced, crisped well, drained and cooled

In a medium bowl, combine the FRESH lemon juice through cayenne, whisk incredibly well.

Add Feta and whisk hard to incorporate well.

Gently fold in blue cheese until just blended.

Chill in an airtight container in the refrigerator AT LEAST 3 HOURS before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Serve spoonful of dressing over a small iceberg wedge, endive or grilled romaine and top with the bacon and tomato. Season with pepper.
