½ cup cayenne pepper, ground fine
¼ cup Madagascar black pepper, ground medium
¼ cup dried thyme, crushed
¼ cup dried rosemary
3 tbsp marjoram
2 tbsp chipotle pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp coarse sea salt
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried sassafrass leaves, ground fine

Mix all ingredients, grind with mortar and pestle or pulse once in a small processor. When sealed well, stores well.
