 2 lbs Texas 1015 Onions
 10 oz beef broth, undilutedcan use chicken
 ¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed

Slice onions in half top to bottom, cut each half into 1/2” slices.

Combine all ingredients in a 3½-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, at HIGH 8 hours or until golden brown and very soft.

Store in an airtight container; chill up to 2 weeks, or, if desired, freeze up to 2 months.
