 1 tbsp carrotshredded fine
  cup sweet oniondiced fine
 2 tsp celery minced
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp fresh ginger rootminced with liquid
 2 tsp sugaror equivalent substitute
 1 tsp lemon zest
 1 tsp lemon juice
 ¼ cup rice wine vinegar1/4-1/3 to taste
 2 tsp ketchup
 2 tsp cream
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ½ cup peanut oil
 1 tsp sesame oil

Place all ingredients carrots to black pepper in processor, process until blended well.
Let rest 5-10 minutes.

Now slowly drizzle oils in while running until well combined.
Chill and re-whisk like your recipe depended on it.
