Preheat oven to 425°.
Cut bread into 3/4-1” cubes. (If your bread is fresh, do this a couple hours in advance and spread out on a towel)
Foil lined 1/4 sheet pan, spread bread out evenly.
Drizzle and dab melted compound butter to coat all.
Evenly sprinkle truffle salt, tarragon and parsley.
Bake 10 minutes, pull, shuffle croutons around a little rotate pan and replace in oven. Bake 10 more minutes. Checking the last couple minutes. Pull if browned nicely.
